– Bringing your own supplies (e.g. food, water, hand sanitizer) as facilities may be closed,
– Avoiding places and times that are crowded,
– Purchasing passes ahead of time,
– Consistently following public health measures (e.g. maintaining physical distancing)

COVID-19 testing can help to prevent the spread of the virus and does not put personal health information at risk. We can all play a part to reduce stigma and discrimination around COVID-19 by:

  • Showing empathy/support to individuals who have COVID-19 or individuals who may have COVID-19,
  • Choosing appropriate words (e.g. saying “people who have COVID-19” rather than “COVID-19 cases or victims”),
  • Getting reliable information about the COVID-19 pandemic
